- Acknowledgments: you confirm to the notary that you signed the document, for deeds, trusts and powers of attorney
- Jurats: you swear or affirm that a statement is true and sign in front of our notary, for affidavits
- Oaths and affirmations, given in English or Spanish
- Copy certification, for documents Nevada allows a notary to certify

What we can't do
A notary doesn't give legal advice or prepare documents. If you're not sure which form you need, ask your attorney or whoever asked for the document. Nevada notaries also can't certify copies of birth, death or marriage certificates or divorce decrees; ask the office that issued them.

Can you notarize a document I printed at home?
Yes, if it's complete and you haven't signed it yet. Bring it with your photo ID, and sign it in front of our notary.
How fast can you come?
Call or text (702) 690-9757 with the document, the number of signers and where you are. We will tell you when we can be there.
What does the notary check when I sign?
We check each signer's ID, make sure each person is aware and willing, watch each person sign, and complete the notary wording and seal. Our notary doesn't check whether what the document says is right. Your attorney or the document's issuer does that.
Can I leave a space blank and fill it in later?
Fill in everything except your signature before we arrive. Blank spaces can be a problem, so complete the document first, then sign it in front of our notary.
