English- and Spanish-speaking customer service available.
Translation and notarization are two different things
A notary stamp doesn't make a translation official by itself. Some offices want the translator's signed statement notarized; others have their own rules. Ask the office that will receive the document what it needs, and tell us when you call.
If your translated document is going to another country, it may also need an apostille.

“Patricia was a great communicator from the beginning. Questions people ask
Which languages do you translate?
All languages, including Tagalog. Our customer service is available in English and Spanish. Call or text (702) 690-9757 and tell us the language you need.
Can you also notarize it?
We can notarize a signature on a translation, like a translator's statement, when the signer appears in front of our notary with ID. We can't make a translation official on our own say-so.
How do I get a price for a translation?
Call or text (702) 690-9757 with what the document is, what language it's in and who will receive it. We tell you what we can do and what it will cost before we start.
Will my translated document need an apostille?
If it's going to another country, it may. Ask the office that will receive it what it requires, then see apostilles.
