With a deep passion for helping clients with their important legal and financial documents, Patricia brings years of experience in the notary and real estate fields. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, she gives each client personal attention, and she completes every notarization with care and precision.
In a post on her Google profile she put her approach in four words: "Education first. Paperwork second." She takes a few extra minutes at the table to explain each step of the signing and what happens after you sign. She doesn't personally prepare legal documents or give legal advice. For estate planning documents, the company coordinates preparation through an independent Nevada-registered document preparation professional (see estate planning).
